A very scarce comic, very hard to find in this nice grade.

This book came back from CGC and was NOT pressed before grading. Grading notes mention “light creasing to cover, light spine stress lines to cover, very light staining to cover”, so there is a strong possibility that another grading after press will even get a better result.
The grading notes will be included.
