This early 1965 issue of Amazing Spider-Man houses the third appearance of the Green Goblin and features a fan-favorite Spider-Man vs. Green Goblin cover by Steve Ditko.

Williams-Verlag obviously did not like gray backgrounds, as here they once again presented livelier cover colors than the US original had.
