X-Men # 01, Marvel 9/1963, CGC 2.0, signed by Stan Lee, Origin & 1st app. of X-Men

This book was signed by Stan Lee at DragonCon 2009 in Atlanta, Georgia. You can see his signature on the left side below the “X” (pic 3). I bought this book from the original owner, Dale Berryhill, who certified Stan’s signature by photo and notarized letter (pic 4 + 5). You will receive all documents together with this book.

This is a one-of-a-kind book and I part from it with a heavy heart.
